• Do not use this product if you have haemochromatosis, thalassaemia, or any other iron-storage or iron-overload disorder, unless directed to do so by your physician.

• Do not take this product alongside another iron supplement, or a multivitamin containing iron, unless directed to do so by your physician.

• Iron supplements should only be taken by people who need them. If you do not know whether you are iron deficient, ask your physician for a blood test before beginning supplementation.

Consult your physician before using this product if any of the following apply to you:

• You are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive.

• You are under 18 years of age.

• You have a diagnosed medical condition, or you are under the care of a physician.

• You are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medication. Iron is known to interact with a number of medicines, including levothyroxine and other thyroid medication, certain antibiotics, and medicines that reduce stomach acid. Timing may need to be separated.

• You have a history of gastrointestinal conditions.

Discontinue use and seek medical attention promptly if you experience an adverse reaction.
